HDFC Scholshiarp 2021: HDFC Bank has come with a non-Government Scholarship scheme for Student who is unable to bear the cost of education and is at risk of dropping out due to a personal or family crisis. 12th pass Student can apply for the Educational Crisis Scholarship Support’ (ECSS) Program online. The key objective of the scholarship is to provide assistance to these students, to tide over a difficult situation without adverse impact on their education. Eligibility Criteria for HDFC Scholarship 2021

• The student should be studying in Class 6th to 12th from any Government Aided or Private school / ITI, Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate or Ph.D. course from AICTE/UGC/State/Central Government recognized colleges/universities,

• The student must be facing a personal or family crisis that has occurred during the past three years, due to which they are unable to continue bearing the cost of education and are at risk of dropping out of school/college/university like the following-

• Death of Earning Member
• Job loss of Earning Member
• Orphans/Deserted Children
• Self-employment Failures
• Expenditure on Medical Treatments

Scholarship Ammount

The scholarship amount will depend on the current course of the student. HDFC Bank will provide the scholarship amount or the annual course fees, which is lower. The scholarship will be disbursed in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) made in favor of the school/college/university. In no case shall funds be disbursed in cash or directly to the student.

Selection Process:
The Selection will be based on Economical Condition, Crisis Situation, and Merit for the HDFC Bank Scholarship. A list of selected candidates for the HDFC ECSS 2021 Scholarship will be published in the middle week of July 2021 on their official website. Selected candidates will be awarded the scholarship amount through HDFC Bank Demand Draft directly to their School / College / University.
