Eligibility Criteria for Western Railway Recruitment 2021:

Academic Qualification:
Candidates should have Matriculate or 10th Class in 10+2 examination system with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board. ITI certificate affiliated to NCVT / SCVT is compulsory in relevant trade as under fitter, welder, turner, machinist, painter, mechanic.

Age limit & Relaxation:
The Applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years
of age as of 24/06/2021. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD(UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.

How to Apply:
Applicants are required to apply ONLINE by visiting www.rrc-wr.com. Detailed instructions for filling
up ONLINE applications will be available on the website. The Applicant is required to fill up the personal details/ Trade / Aadhaar number / Marks / CGPA /preference for Divisions / Workshops etc. very carefully as the Computerised Merit list will be prepared only based on the information filled by the Applicant in the ONLINE application.

Selection Process:
Selection of the eligible Applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based
on the merit list which would be prepared to take the average of the percentage of marks obtained by
the Applicants in both Matriculation [with minimum 50%.

Application Fee:
General category candidates will pay A non-refundable Application fee of Rs.100. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women Applicants.

Stipend:
The Candidate who selects for the Apprentice post will pay as per the rule of the National Apprenticeship act 1961.
