Jhargram Raj College (Girls Wing), also known as Jhargram Women’s College, is an undergraduate women’s college in Jhargram, West Bengal. It is affiliated with Vidyasagar University. This college offers a bachelor’s degree in different Arts and Science disciplines. Jhargram Raj College (Girls’ Wing) is the only Girls’ College in the newly formed district of Jhargram and it also happens to be the first Government College for girls in Junglemahal area of West Bengal. Due to its proximity to the Jhargram railway station and the central bus stand, the college is easily accessible to a large number of students interested in higher education. The college has started its journey on 14th July 2014 and since its inception, the college has remained committed to educate and enlighten the womenfolk of this fringe area of the state.
